    ** Sr Lead, Service Delivery Implementation**

    New Experienced functional area expert with technical and/or business knowledge and functional expertise. Responsible for the overall delivery and support of IT services or applications solutions to the business as required. This position will work with customers, internal service delivery units, and suppliers to ensure that the most appropriate levels of services are provided to meet current and future business needs. Solves complex problems and initiatives facing the functional area.

    Manage and when needed, monitor the delivery of services and the outcomes for one or more application clusters.

    2. Ensure consistency of the model across all application clusters within the tower.

    3. As senior liaison between the support organization and tower business partners, help ensure appropriate levels of service are met for current and assists in efforts on continuous improvement of the service and SLA/OLA reviews.

    4. Serve as escalation point for critical incidents.

    5. Act as deputy for the Service Delivery Manager.

    6. Responsible for prioritization of docket items as well as change approvals and resources onboarding.

    7. As an experienced functional area expert, provides leadership and problem solving to the team and partners at a high technical level.

    8. Identifies areas for process improvement and carries out activities that are technically difficult to execute on those improvements.

    9. Role is focused on development and initiative management. The partner executes on strategic business activities that cross functional lines.

    10. Carries out initiatives involving multiple disciplines and/or ambiguous issues

    11. Role is balanced between high level operational execution and development, and execution of strategic direction of business function activities.

    12. Displays a balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with the business to help improve efficiency, effectiveness and productivity

    Excellent oral and written communication skills are required

    In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required

    Highly flexible and adaptable to change

    Technical skills / systems knowledge (e.g. Peoplesoft) is required

    Leadership and organizational skills are required to help determine the Business Unit's goals, resources needed, and help assess and assist in the development of the skills of the staff.

    A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is required.
