Oversees operations of shop and the one other employee there years of hose experience with cutting, assembling, coupling, crimping, etc.

Spanish a plus. Will relocate if they have hose exp.

Our client is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead their West Palm Beach location, which houses a small hose shop.

This role requires a skilled professional with expertise in operations, logistics, and facilities management, coupled with proficiency in hose assembly and repair.

As the primary interface between the company and its customers, the Branch Manager is crucial in maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including customer assistance, hose assembly, and shop supervision.
Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments based on customer trends.
Train and mentor team members in hose fabrication techniques and customer service best practices.
Manage cash handling procedures, facility upkeep, and personnel scheduling.
Serve as the main point of contact for landlord communication and facility maintenance.

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in hose fabrication and distribution.
Proficiency in industrial and hydraulic hose assembly techniques.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
