Nursing Home Administrator - Bloomington, IN Area

We are conducting a search for an NHA ito serve a nursing home near Bloomington, IN that is in need of solid leadership for a manageably sized smaller faciity, supported by an experienced and helpful Regional Operations and Clinical team.

PLEASE NOTE:

Compensation is very generous, and is well into the six figures; additionally, there is a generous quarterly bonus based on traditionally obtainable metrics.

Requirements

Prior experience as a nursing home Administrator
Current NHA licensure or eligibility to obtain reciprocity
Expert understanding of Medicaid and Medicare regulations, and the applicable state and federal regulations that govern the operation of skilled nursing homes
Ability to work successfully with diverse staff and resident population
Proven leadership and communication skills
