Infoblox is looking tor a Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A, to join our Finance team in Santa Clara (CA), reporting to the Director of Corporate FP&A.

This role will support global planning and forecasting updates, as well as our month-end close and quarter-end reporting processes.

The Financial Analyst will partner closely with global G&A business partners to plan and prioritize supporting the company's operational initiatives.

This is an outstanding opportunity to become a key member of the FP&A team, support key executives, and own critical Finance processes.

Responsibilities:
Support planning, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for headcount and operating expenses across the entire company
Support our strategic and financial planning processes, the annual plan, and quarterly forecast updates
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting for Executives, Board of Directors, and business partners
Support month-end close activities, including accruals, adjusting journal entries, etc.
Provide FP&A support to G&A business partners, including management of headcount, operating expenses, and CAPEX spend
Oversee the continued development of planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools including ownership of the company's planning and reporting tool, Adaptive Insights
Support other Corporate FP&A activities including any ad-hoc management reporting or financial analysis for Finance projects and initiatives

Requirements:
4 – 6 + years of related finance experience at a global high-tech company; SW experience a plus
Experience with FP&A SW tools, preferably Adaptive Insights/Planning

Outstanding financial acumen including an understanding of financial statements, chart of accounts, business intelligence, FP&A processes, financial modeling skills, etc.

Ability to partner cross-functionally through strong relationship-building, influencing, and effective communication and partnership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work well under pressure, and adapt quickly to change
Detail-oriented with the highest regard for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
Ability to define, articulate, and implement FP&A best practices in dynamic and ambiguous environments
Strong desire to tackle new challenges and projects with enthusiasm

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
