    Call Center Representative (Benefits) Our client, within vision services, is looking for a Call Center Representative. As a customer advocate, you will be a key player in linking the company to valued members.

    Day-to-day you will provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries related to vision benefits while ensuring a seamless experience for policyholders and vendors.


    FULLY REMOTE M-F 10A-6P EST OR 11A-7P EST $18/HR
    Maintain 70+ inbound/outbound calls daily from providers, members, and families.

    Assist with appointment scheduling, benefit inquiries, and other insurance matters. Provide members and providers with details regarding benefits including coverage, co-payments, and pre-authorizations. Verify insurance coverage under various plans. Address complaints, queries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to appropriate channels.
    HSD or higher required. 2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center environment required. Previous experience and knowledge within benefit services preferred.
