    We are seeking a dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) who is passionate about providing exceptional care and leading a team to excellence.


    Who You Are:

    • You hold a current RN license and boast at least three years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
    • Your track record demonstrates a strong commitment to compliance with state and federal regulations, deep knowledge of the CMS 5 Star Program, and a proven history of achieving positive clinical outcomes.
    • You are a natural educator, motivator, and trainer, dedicated to empowering clinical team members to deliver their best care.
