- Currently enrolled in a nursing assistant school or possess a CNA license.

- Assist with residents' daily activities including dressing, feeding, and hygiene.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of residents and their living spaces.
- Respond promptly to residents' requests and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Participate in educational programs and training as required.
- Perform other duties as instructed by superiors.
- Practice proper hand hygiene when caring for residents.
- Ensure residents are comfortable and in the correct position.
- Provide assistance with dental care, meals, and toileting.
- Monitor and record residents' food intake and bowel movements.
- Support residents with bathing, grooming, and other personal care tasks.
- Attend to residents' grooming needs such as hair care and shaving.
- Report any skin issues or abnormalities promptly.
- Follow infection control protocols diligently.
- Document all necessary information accurately.
- Project a professional image through appearance and communication.
- Handle consumer concerns following company standards.
- Uphold the rights of all consumers and residents.
