    The Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing current and historical financials, performance, and operating procedures, and developing plans and recommendations that will further enhance efficiency.

    You will evaluate financial information to assist in reporting, budgeting and forecasting, identifying trends and discrepancies to help our leaders and managers implement change and find ways our organization can reach goals in less time.

    Responsibilities
    Analyze financial data (income statements, budgets, forecasts, etc.) taking into account company goals and financial status
    Identify trends, track and determine financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts
    Document findings and prepare reports to advise and recommend actions based on sound analysis
    Provide creative alternatives to reduce costs and improve company performance
    Develop financial tools and models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
    Consult with management to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision making within the broadest scope
    Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact outcomes
    Provide training, guidance and oversight to junior members of FP&A team
    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
    Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
    Experience with NetSuite preferred
    10+ years of hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages
    10+ years of proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
    Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
    Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting and business environment

    Position Pay Range

    $90,000—$100,000 USD

    Specialty1 Partners is the direct employer of non-clinical employees only. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer.

    Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice.

    Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
