- Develop and maintain production schedules for sheet metal fabrication processes, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to understand customer requirements and forecast demand accurately.
- Evaluate production capacity and allocate resources effectively to meet production goals.
- Participate in planning and implementing picking of manufacturing orders for new build production.
- Liaise with the manufacturing team to ensure that production schedules are aligned with capacity and resource availability.
- Collaborate with quality control and maintenance teams to address any issues that may affect production efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with relevant departments to ensure a smooth flow of materials and information throughout the production process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels.
- Prepare reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in sheet metal production.
- Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows.
- Perform inventory transactions in the system for production manufacturing orders, vendor receipts, movement of inventory from wall to cell, and transaction of scrap and outdated material.
- Demonstrated competency with computer and software programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook).

SUMMARY
Foxlink Group is a multinational company. It headquarters is based in Taiwan with manufacturing factories in around the Asian countries. Foxlink is extending its business and launching a manufacturing factory here in Phoenix, Arizona. This factory will be assembling car electrical chargers, battery cell storage devices and board spectrum sheet metal products. Foxlink Group has 31,000 employees worldwide and growing. We are dedicated to being a trusted supplier in the manufacturing industry.
