    Title: Electrical Systems Engineer

    Job Duties:

    • Manage full life-cycle engineering projects, ensuring designs and objectives are completed on time and within budget.
    • Direct project engineers to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
    • Produce comprehensive system design documentation, including electrical wiring schematic drawings, calculations, specifications, installation & testing procedures, and technical reports.
    • Ensure compliance with company, project, and industry standards & regulations.
    • Provide in-house and on-site engineering support for system fabrication and installations.
    • Assist in preparing and reviewing project bids and proposals, encompassing detailed scope descriptions, exhibits, design requirements, schedules, risk management plans, milestones, budgets, and staffing requirements.
    • Lead and conduct value-engineering studies to explore new technologies, applications, and alternative design approaches.
    • Assist with the development of new engineering standards.
    • Maintain and improve existing standards and guidelines, implementing industry and company best practices.
    • Lead and participate in project meetings and conference calls.
    • Lead engineering, design, and construction review processes.
    • Lead or assist with investigations of electrical-related system issues, providing root cause analysis and technical reports.
    • Interpret plans, specifications, drawings, and documents related to engineering projects and system design.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and expand professional network.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
    • Fluent in CAD software programs: AutoCAD (preferred), SolidWorks, MicroStation, etc.
