    Are you ready to hit the road with a company that values you? We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Company Driver at our yard in Obetz, OH. With us, you'll enjoy the freedom of driving without the burden of equipment costs—our trucks are company-owned and meticulously maintained

    Your Journey Awaits: Key Responsibilities

    • Travel: Typically 2 weeks out, servicing 47 states (excluding CA and avoiding NW states during winter).
    • Flexibility: Work based on customer needs—no dedicated routes, but we're building more dedicated opportunities through our sister logistics company.
    • Freight Handling: Enjoy drop and hook, no touch freight.
    • Equipment: Drive a 2020 or newer sleeper truck, with the option to take it home if secure parking is available.
    • Compensation:
      • $25 per hour detention pay after 2 hours at the facility.
      • Deadhead rates and low mileage rates for fair compensation.
      • $200 per day for breakdown/maintenance on the road (max $1k a week).
    • Dispatch: While dispatch is force, we prioritize flexibility to accommodate your home time and schedule needs. Our team is super organized and communicative

    Are You the Right Fit? Requirements


    We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

    • 3 years of CDL A experience.
    • At least 25 years old (under 75 for insurance reasons).
    • Less than 1 moving violation in the last 2 years on your MVR.
    • No drug test failures or serious violations in the last 15 years.
