    The Engineering Director delivers program goals by coordinating engineering and cross-functional activities for a given product portfolio, spanning Advanced development, New product introduction as well as Sustaining engineering.


    Your role:
    To plan and execute all cross-functional programs undertaken by the business in a given product portfolio.
    Coordinate with other leaders in the organization to plan resources and budgets for programs.

    Provide stakeholders with regular project/program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions, risks and mitigation plans, etc.

    Manage a team of program/project managers and lead them in state of art program management practices.

    Keep up-to-date with technical basics and new technology, in order to optimize the goals of each project and maximize synergy between the projects.


    You're the right fit if:
    You've acquired 10+ years of experience in leadership positions in Engineering and/or Program/project management during which you've worked on all aspects of product lifecycle
    You have experience directly managing people
    You have demonstrated experience managing complex programs
    Prior medical product development and 510k experience is preferred
    You have a Master's degree or equivalent in an Engineering and/or business discipline
    You have the ability to manage stakeholders and build/lead global teams
