    Our client, a US Fortune 250 company and a global Medical technology corporation serving customers in Clinical Labs, Health care research & Pharmaceutical industry, seeks an accomplished

    Project Manager.


    Candidate must be authorized to work in USA without requiring sponsorship

    • Duration: 12+ months
    IMPORTANT Remote / Work-From-Home related:

    Hybrid Work model (3 days/week office)
    Equipment will be provided.
    Candidate MUST have a high-speed wired internet connection. Wi-Fi / Wireless connections not allowed.
    Reliable internet connection- (No WI-FI) ethernet connection.
    Candidate MUST have a reliable home-office environment.


    Summary:
    Project Manager will be responsible for enabling

    Integrated Transportation Management Planning

    and

    Carrier Collaboration

    Platform for managing Domestic and International Freight-in/out across SAP and JDE North America systems.


    The Project Manager will need to build effective relationships with stakeholders such as Business Partners, Project Owner, Business Analyst, Vendors, and End-users regarding project requirements.

    The project Manager must be versed in adherence to clients project methodology and regulatory compliance followed for all systems implementations.

    The experienced Project Manager will drive the successful implementation and work across multiple streams within the Integrated Supply Chain user community.


    Responsibilities:


    The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic understanding, change management experience & exceptional communication & analytical skills together.

    Liaison with stakeholders such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, Vendors, and End-users regarding project requirements.
    Manages project milestones to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, quality, and scope of project.
    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation according to the clientss project management life cycle guidelines.

    Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track the progress of the project including scope, critical success factors, deliverables, work breakdown structure, project schedule, budget, quality, resource plan, stakeholder management, and communications.

    Manage scope change requests and coordinate with the Project Owner for further action.
    Coordinate with business stakeholders and vendors for the seamless execution of projects.
    Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
    Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
    Report and escalate risks to the management, as needed.
    Prepare project status reports in coordination with the other PMO members.

    Core Competencies, Skills, and Knowledge


    Program Management Concepts:


    Has technical and practical knowledge of the core Program Management Body of Knowledge ( PMBOK ) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, work breakdown structure, waterfall planning).

    Demonstrated experience in driving projects from initiation through closure.
    Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools ( MS Project/SharePoint /etc.)
    Experienced in establishing Stakeholder management plans, Risk/issue management plans, Vendor management plans and Quality plans.
    Experienced in establishing and following controls to manage scope change and reporting project schedule/budget performance.
    Experience managing Transportation projects in an ERP environment with a structured SDLC release cycle, with integration to external

    TMS/WMS applications
    Proactive in surfacing risks and issues. Ability to engage project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations.


    Qualifications & Competencies:
    5

    7 years of project management work experience using PMBOK guidelines.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, Project, and SharePoint.


    Preferred:


    BS in business administration or project management with 6 years working in a global manufacturing company in FDA regulated environment.

    ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, or equivalent.
    Experience working with Transportation within the Integrated Supply Chain functional area involving ERP systems with associated release schedules.
