Tectonic is seeking a full-time Office Engineer for upcoming projects in the Hudson Valley and Catskill areas including Rockland Westchester Dutchess Putnam Orange Ulster Columbia Sullivan and Delaware Counties This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package opportunities to work on challenging and exciting projectsQualifications
- Must possess a HS Diploma/Equivalent must possess and maintain at least one of the following
- Valid NICET Level III or IV Certification Valid Professional Engineering License BS Degree in Civil Engineering or an acceptable field Any other suitable combination of education training or experience will be considered
- A minimum of 3 years of related experience NYSDOT experience required Ability to review Inspector's Daily Reports for accuracy of various work elements on projects involving highways and bridges Familiarity with the Manual for Uniform Recordkeeping MURK Site Manager Computerized Engineers Estimate System CEES APPIA NYSDOT recordkeeping experience preferred Excellent organization interpersonal oral written communication skills Must be detail oriented have the ability to multi-task Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite ability to learn project specific software as needed Requires a valid clean driver's license personal vehicle to travel to within project sites as needed ul>
