In this role, you will immerse yourself in our proven client-servicing methods, catering to our 2,000 existing businesses, while also fostering relationships to expand our client base through referrals and leads. Moreover, you will take charge of a small team, guiding them through the same procedures. Your journey will involve becoming a specialist in mentoring your team members, paving your way to the coveted position of Agency Director by mastering our operational systems. This position offers a competitive weekly compensation of $70,000-$85,000 on average for the first year.
