    Village Caregiving, the largest privately owned home care company in the country, is looking for an admin-level registered nurse Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a hybrid role that combines fieldwork and office responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings a positive can-do attitude, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering top-notch clinical oversight support for our staff This leadership role entails not only ensuring the provision of vital home care documentation but also overseeing essential operational aspects within our office setting.     Responsibilities

    • Visit patients in their homes for one-on-one visits
    • Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of home health patients
    • Assess patients' conditions and chart observations, and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review
    • Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies
    • Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals
    • Conduct staff training sessions for new hires based on established company training programs
    • Work with other office administrators to maintain healthy client/office relationships while assisting with staffing and scheduling solutions

    Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing, or vocational nursing
    • Current state license as an RN
    • Compassionate, friendly demeanor
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Current driver's license and reliable transportation
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel locally
    • Proficiency in basic computer programs and operation is a plus
    • Proficiency in basic office operational duties and work environment is a plus
