    Description

    Job Description:


    Yi Fang Fruit Tea Hawaii is looking for an experienced store associate to provide excellent customer service, build relationships with customers, restock merchandise, and assist in the administration of daily operations.

    The ideal candidate would have excellent customer service skills, the ability to provide efficient checkout procedures, and a working knowledge of cash handling.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service
    Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
    Complete transactions quickly and efficiently
    Assist to restock shelves and merchandise displays
    Assist with store opening/closing duties
    Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed
    Ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience for customers
    Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
    Remain knowledgeable of store promotions and policies
    Other duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    High school diploma or equivalent
    Working knowledge of basic cash handling procedures
    Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
    Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
    Ability to stand for long periods of time
    A passion for helping customers and providing excellent customer service
