    Description


    All LVTs will be responsible for phlebotomy, assist in medical and surgical procedures, radiographs, technician appointments, technician appointments, communicate and educate clients.

    The Lead Veterinary Technician position is to train, supervise and assist LVTs to plan, coordinate and perform a variety of duties regarding animal health and client education.

    To ensure that the hospital and its employees are in compliance with federal and state animal health laws and regulations including OSHA and DEA.

    Exhibit a technical knowledge of products and medications sold, including dietary products. Creating employee schedules that align with doctors, team, surgery and outpatient needs.
