    Job Summary

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking an energetic team member for our Facilities Indirect Procurement team. This position will primarily be supporting the site Operations, Facilities, and Maintenance teams for procurement of supplies and spare parts needs. This also involves support of the ESD garments program as well as other duties on a routine basis.

    Shift: 1st Shift 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the Indirect Procurement requests for site support teams.
  • Manages relationships with external service suppliers.
  • Works closely with Corporate Procurement teams to support requestor needs.
  • Cooperates closely with Facilities Maintenance, Manufacturing Maintenance, and Lean teams.
  • Organizes, Exchanges, and Distributes ESD clothing to employees.
  • Organize deliveries of Office Supply materials per requests.
  • Collects information about small breakdowns in building, manufacturing machines, and orders spare parts.
  • Orders small equipment to support manufacturing needs in all buildings.
  • Participates in the optimization of processes (productivity, service, ergonomics, safety).
  • Participates in Kaizen workshops.
  • Takes car of the entrusted property, uses materials and devices according to their purpose.
  • Shares knowledge and experience with employees.
  • Typical workdays are a sole contributor, but overall as part of the Facilities Indirect Procurement team.
  • Complies with quality and environmental protection policies, Code of Conduct, safety and health-at-work legislation rules, ESD, and housekeeping guidelines.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned, for the goods and interests of the company.
  • Follows SOX procedures as they relate to overall work assignments.
  • Participates and follows Ways of Working and practices these principles in everyday work.

    • Qualifications:

  • High School diploma. Also helpful is additional vocation training, higher education and/or other relevant experience.
  • Preferred – 1-3 years in Procurement or experience with purchasing or recordkeeping.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and functional process knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to details, willingness to work with other groups
  • Strong analytical and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
