- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years experience in an HR related function
- Ideally 5 years' experience in an industrial industry
- PHR Certification is preferred

Job Description:
Responsible for supporting a multi-state division within the organization while supporting the corporate office initiatives as well. Will be responsible for all functional areas of HR.
Essential Duties:
Provide guidance to management, support staff and productions workings in employee relations, staffing and recruiting
Remain current with local, state and federal HR laws, regulations, trends, and maintain compliance in each of the locations responsible for.
Administer the full cycle onboarding process
Oversee/administer the performance management process for each location
Manage all information in the HR systems including benefits, leave of absences, PTO, etc.
Compensation and benefits planning/analysis
Maintaining the employee handbook for each location
