    Are you ready to take the reins in shaping the future of Loyalty Products within the thrilling world of casinos? We're seeking a dynamic and visionary Product Owner to lead our Casino Loyalty Promotions product line. This role isn't just about managing products; it's about revolutionizing the way players engage, stay loyal, and experience the adrenaline rush of the casino's promotions product

    What Will You Be Doing?
    • Responsible for tracking product priorities, activities, issues, and progress; providing interface and collaboration with other contributors to the business.
    • Maintains a robust understanding of client-side product functionalities and features; identifies need for product customization and the impact on customer experience.
    • Exercises discretion and independent judgement identifying problem statements and gathering business and creative requirements; communicates requirements to relevant stakeholders.
    • Develops use case-based specifications to capture business requirements.
    • Collaborates with project stakeholders and project delivery teams on requirements gathering sessions.
    • Creates and maintains user stories, program functions, interface specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria.
    • Responsible for developing customer facing release documentation.
    • Develops deep understanding of the product vision ensuring alignment with Company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
    • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders, ensuring traceability of requirements through the product delivery process.
    • Develops and organizes product backlogs, breaking down high-level initiatives into features that can be delivered in incremental fashion.
    • Ensures an effective handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
    • Responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards through implementation and management of security measures.
    • Acts as a subject matter expert for assigned products and provides ongoing support.
    • Collaborates with cross functional teams providing ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology, and processes.
    • Manages or participates in pilot launches of new products or product functionality as needed.
    • Conducts product demonstrations with customers and internal stakeholders as required.
    • Assists in the development of training, documentation, and other go-live activities, as needed.
    Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
    • Must attain a Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, or equivalent certification, as needed.
    • 5-8 years' experience in a product owner, business analyst, or project management role; gaming industry experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and lead multiple projects and people in a team-based environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions.
    • Demonstrated ability to clearly identify client needs and translate them into user stories.
    • Substantial experience utilizing and implementing various project planning tools and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
    • Advanced proficiency with project and / or development tracking software.
    • Experience in all stages of SDLC, with the proven ability to drive an idea from inception to implementation.
    • Ability to apply Scrum framework, practices, and theory.

The compensation for this role considers a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location at which the position may ultimately be filled. At Everi, it is not typical for all individuals to be hired at or near the end of the range; compensation decisions depend on each case's facts and circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $92,800 - $107,500 annually.
