Job Title: Registered Nurse
Company: Healthcare Facility

This position is part of the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a reimbursement program for student loan payments. Meet specific eligibility requirements and submit your application within four months of appointment.

Qualifications:

English Language Proficiency
Graduate of an approved nursing school by ACEN or CCNE
Current, full, active, and unrestricted nursing registration

Preferred Experience:

Med-Surg/Telemetry experience
Process improvement experience desired
IV and venipuncture experience
Knowledge and experience with telemetry monitoring
Inpatient Mental Health experience
Experience working with substance abuse/mental health Veterans

Grade Determinations:

Nurse I, II, III levels based on qualifications and experience
Nurse III requires Master's degree in nursing

Physical Requirements:

Visual acuity, manual dexterity
Potentially long periods of standing, sitting, bending, etc.
Capability to work effectively in stressful situations

Duties:

The RN will perform clinical duties, manage care for complex patients, implement nursing and physician's orders, involve patients in goal setting, document the nursing process, assess patient responses, guide others providing care, participate in quality improvement studies, and more.
