    What you will be doing:
    Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
    Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
    Assist in the management of rooms inventory to maximize rooms revenue.
    Maintain accuracy of information/data and enhance automation efforts in reporting tools.
    Assist in managing room authorizations, rates, and restrictions, including communicating rate restrictions and strategy to operation team.

    Perform Revenue Management month end reporting and auditing and provide forward looking information for the purposes of forecasting and strategizing.

    Accurately generate and update all Revenue Management reports and serve as primary link for reporting and analytical needs of the Revenue Management team and ad-hoc reports for senior leadership.

    Assist with system maintenance including but not limited to, inputting rates, restrictions, monitoring forecasted demand, updating group forecasting and running daily system checks.

    Perform ad-hoc tasks, analysis, and reporting on a needed basis to senior leadership.
    Assist with training of new associates as necessary on revenue tools.
    Follow department policies and procedures standards.
