    Job Description:

    We are seeking a full-time Sr. Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team at our corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs, GA.

    This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational effectiveness.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Instructional Design: Develop multi-learning experiences and resources in various formats, including e-learning modules, in-person/webinar and other blended learning experiences that support our team development.
    • Project Management: Prepare and follow the development and implementation of learning initiatives and projects.
    • Needs Assessments: Work with HR and leaders to identify gaps in skills and knowledge, defining the learning priorities.
    • Program Design and Development: Create and develop training content and material, including presentations, handouts, learning courses, and other resources.
    • Expert-Matters Collaboration: Collaborate with key field experts to understand the training objectives and build effective programs.
    • Assets Management: Implement and track the resources and assets used for our programs.
    • LMS Management: Manage and maintain our LMS database, assignments, and reporting.
    • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in education, Human Resources, or a related field, with certifications in Instructional Design or similar.
    • 5+ years of relevant experience as an Instructional Designer, Learning Designer or Equivalent.
    • Solid instructional design practices.
    • Experience with tools and systems: LMS, Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Synthesia.
    • Strong proficiency with MS Office 365 Suite.
    • Knowledge of adult learning theory, learning styles, and learning needs.
    • Ability to create compelling graphics & content.
    • Bilingual English/Spanish is a Plus.
    • Self-starter and comfortable working independently.
    • Excellent verbal and technical writing communication skills.
    • Collaborative working style
    • Strong attention to detail
