- Knowledge of technology, networking, system operations, web and multiple system practices.
- Established background in information technology systems, troubleshooting and support minimum 2 years of experience.

- Supporting the entire Davies community of users
- Managing the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure accurate and timely response to and closure of tickets.
- Manage the 1:1 Chromebook initiative by streamlining workflow, coordinating warranty repair services, and controlling inventory.
- Assist with hardware issues, desktop computers, Chromebooks, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.
- Maintain accurate technology inventory, tracking and reporting capability
- Assist with any special projects or comprehensive system upgrades.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Director or IT Coordinator.
- Ability to communicate with faculty, staff and students; both written and oral proficiency is required
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects while maintaining high customer service standards
- Has a working knowledge of common information technologies, systems and office productivity tools
