RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Farmers Market Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the following:

• Booth Setup &

Tear Down:
Prepare and dismantle our booth, ensuring it is organized, attractive, and safe.

• Managing Product Inventory: Keep track of product quantities and maintain a wellorganized display.
• Interacting with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, answering questions, and offering product product insight.
• Managing Sales Transactions: Efficiently handle sales transactions using Square, Venmo, and cash payment methods.
• Learn & Retain Company &

Product Knowledge:
Familiarize yourself with our company's history, products, and ingredients to effectively communicate with customers.


REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable transportation.
• Valid CA driver's license.
• Reside near Niles, CA
• Ability to lift 50 pounds (lift and lower a full ice chest) and set up a 10x10 canopy tent.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Proficiency in using an iPad.
• Prior farmers market vending experience is desirable but not necessary.
• Maintain a positive attitude and connect with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
• Attention to detail and a curiosity to learn.
• Interest in growing with Paulo Sausage Co.
• Must be punctual and dependable.
• Available to work every Saturday 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM
