    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years special education experience required.

    ProCare Therapy has teamed up with a school district in Richfield, Minnesota who is hiring for a Special Education professional capable of case management and coordinating with the community for volunteering opportunities. More details on the position are below.

    Details:

    • Full time - 8:30am to 3pm daily
    • 2 school locations - one alternative high school and one transition program
    • Will be practicing with Life Skills students on resume building as well as interviewing skills
    • Also assisting Life Skills students with transitioning to post-grad life
    • Will need to attend IEP meetings for these students, and will be the case manager for about 8 students.
    • Upcoming school year position
    • On site only

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Special Education
    • Some experience with community outreach would be a plus
    • Prior experience working in schools
    • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
