software development contract with multiple Level of Effort (LOE) and Completion Technical Task Orders (TTOs).

What you will be doing:
As the Program Chief Engineer you will

h

elp define the technical requirements with the customer and provide technical leadership/oversight to TTO Leads to ensure successful delivery/deployments of software applications.

Develop relationships and become the main technical point-of-contact for the customer, ensure TTO technical compliance, and manage requirements.

What you will need:
BS Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical degree.
10+ years of

experience leading software development teams
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong desire to interact with customers and build customer relationships
Experience

leading all stages of Agile development efforts, including requirements definition, software development, testing, and production support
Experience tracking requirements
Experience in estimating software efforts
Work with TTO Leads to oversee all technical developments and assist when necessary
Detail oriented to track requirements and TTO compliance
Flexible and collaborative team player
Motivational Leadership skills
Ability to multi-task

Clearance:
Active TS/SCI with an appropriate

polygraph

is required to be considered for this role

Desired technical skills include experience with:
Experience writing Technical Task Orders (especially Completion Technical Task Orders)
Experience developing software with Agile SCRUM methodologies
