    Description

    Job Summary:

    Looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor in the Cleveland, Ohio area for a Fortune 500 manufacturer. Competitive compensation with a base salary of $90k to $95k plus a 15% annual bonus and relocation assistance.

    • Responsibilities:
    • Manage maintenance of electrical equipment and supervise Electrical Maintenance Employees.
    • Become an expert in maintenance of electrical and automation systems.
    • Coach employees for safe job performance and manage budget efficiently.
    • Interact with various departments and develop a maintenance strategy for equipment reliability.
    • Available for on-call basis during nights and weekends.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of electrical maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing/industrial environments.
    • Able to work in hot, dusty environments and uneven surfaces.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
    • 3 years of electrical maintenance experience.
    • 2 years of supervisory experience in heavy manufacturing/industrial operations.
    • Knowledge of PLCs, process automation, power distribution, and more.

    Experience Level: Experienced

    Education: High School (required)
