    What Youll Be Doing

    As an audit manager, or audit senior associate, you will manage and/or assist with engagements from start to finish. With minimal to no travel expectations, you will manage your workload independently and work with flexibility. Our audit managers, or audit senior associates, work in smaller, experienced engagement teams, allowing for continuous client exposure and access to the engagement partner.

    How We Prevent Burnout

    We have significantly lower hours than industry standard 2,300 total hours expectations: inclusive of PTO, holiday, CPE, admin time, etc.

    We strive to manage our work in such a way that our team members are not regularly faced with contributing more than 60 hours per week during our busy seasons unless their own individual goals are to do so.

    What Were Looking For:

    Minimum of 3 years of auditing experience in public accounting (preferably national, regional, or large local firm)

    CPA Certification

    Highly motivated team player and self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset

    Analytical, technical, and auditing skills, including proficiency in US GAAP and GAAS standards

    Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities while providing excellent and timely client service

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Aptitude for project management

    Dedication to teamwork and leadership
