    Pay Rate Hourly/Salary Range:
    $62.50/HR-$67.30/HR and $130,000-$140,000


    Location/Hours of Operation:
    Hybrid working schedule at the Pentagon, three days onsite and two days remote Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

    Daily Responsibilities:
    Develop and monitor the implementation of policy and procedures to support information and privacy security goals and operations.
    Develop changes in policy or strategy to support new initiatives or required changes.
    Manage information security implications within the organization as directed by leadership.
    Apply advanced consulting skills and/or extensive technical expertise, and have full industry knowledge.
    Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
    Work without considerable direction.
    Perform planning and policy analysis on the team.
    Lead the assessment of DoD's current cyber policies, the coverage of those policies, and areas of risk.
    Assess how policies stack up to regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
    Guide the client through understanding acceptable risk.
    Advance the development of a strategic cyber roadmap.
    Work in a consultative role to ensure the client operates securely as they navigate an evolving IT environment.
    Secure our nation's defense networks through strategic cyber policy development.

    Required Technical Skills/Background:
    Active Top Secret clearance w/SCI.10 years of experience in a professional environment.
    Knowledge of DoD clients.
    Knowledge of IT Networks.
    Knowledge of User Activity Monitoring Tools and cyber capabilities.
    Ability to conduct security policy analysis, develop guidance, and author memoranda.

    Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using verbal, written, and visual methods to senior clients and peers on technical, policy, and functional issues.

    Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity in lieu of degree.

    Nice to Have:
    Experience with policy analysis.
    Experience with providing subject matter expertise in Government Security Community.
    Knowledge of National and Federal Agency regulations.
    Knowledge of CNSSD 504.Master's degree.
