    Job Description

    American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring AWHONN fetal monitoring certification and night shift availability.

    Responsibilities
    Acute care hospital Labor & Delivery unit
    Night shift position with 12-hour shifts; 8-hour shifts may also be required
    13-week contract
    Unit consists of 4 L&D beds and 5 postpartum beds
    Floating is limited to a sitter or helper role only — travelers will never be assigned a patient load outside of L&D
    Float units are limited to Med-Surg, ICU, and

    ED

    EMR:
    Epic
    Responsibilities include neonatal monitoring and Labor & Delivery patient care
    S.T.A.B.L.E. certification is preferred but not required
    One shift cancellation every 4 weeks is possible per the unit's cancellation policy

    Requirements
    Active WA state RN license or compact RN license required
    Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required

    Required certifications:
    BLS (AHA), NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring, and AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)
    STABLE certification preferred
