The Operations Coordinator will plan and coordinate official events, meetings, conferences and ceremonies within the government office location. They will serve as the primary point of contact for event logistics including scheduling space reservations catering equipment security requirements.<br>They will liase with internal departments external vendors and government stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.<br>They will develop manage event timelines agendas task lists to ensure deadlines are met</p>
