Position Function Summary:

The Director of Clinical Services is responsible for providing

oversight to counseling, support groups, and clinical supervision of licensed staff.

Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

ESSENTIONAL FUNCTIONS

Works collaboratively with Chief Executive Officer, Leadership Team and employees in educating what the best practices are for providing services that are trauma informed.

Oversees and manages psychoeducational group and curriculum.

Provides clinical supervision to employees and interns.

Monitors program activities to ensure activities are aligned and in full compliance with proposed services, objectives are met, and program staff is on track to meet goals.

Provides and conducts on-going training and support for employees.

Develops and maintains community partnerships and contributes to community consultations and/or collaborations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services or Psychology, related field, or a combination of relevant education and experience totaling six to eight years.

Must possess a valid, current, and active New Mexico license as an LMSW, LMHC, LISW or LPCC.

Three to five years of progressive senior level management and supervisory experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.

Salary: DOE $85K- $105K
