    Job Title: Implementation Specialist

    Position Overview:

    The Implementation Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring successful implementation of Raptor's products for our clients.

    Candidates residing in the PST/MST time zones or those willing to work standard hours within these zones are strongly preferred.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct product demonstrations for customers post-sales.
    • Configure and customize software modules according to client requirements.
    • Manage routine implementations with small-market customers.
    • Demonstrate expertise in Raptor products.
    • Maintain accurate records and adhere to departmental processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a business-related or technical field.
    • 3+ years of experience in project management and customer-centric roles.
    • Strong knowledge of software applications.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • A valid driver's license for job-related travel and transportation needs.

    Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
