    Corporate Recruiter Opportunity Summary:


    We are seeking an enthusiastic Corporate Recruiter, who is responsible for recruiting, will screen, interview, negotiate, and create employment offers, and facilitate the hiring process throughout our 40 + locations across the U.S.

    This position plays an integral role in developing relationships with technical and vocational schools, helping to grow the next generation mechanics/technicians, in addition to corporate, sales, warehouse and other positions within our company.


    Job Duties:
    Build a candidate talent pool through sourcing and looking for new opportunities.

    Ability to lead the interview process by screening resumes, interviewing candidates, presenting candidates to hiring managers, providing feedback to hiring managers, and tracking candidates through the applicant tracking system.

    Ability to serve as a business partner to leadership and hiring managers.
    Maintains a strong relationship with hiring managers to understand business needs and job requirements.
    Responsible for the pre-employment testing process; initiates the background check process, tracks, and follows up with results.
    Prepare required applicant flow reports, as required for Affirmative Action plans/documentation.
    Assist various business units in establishing appropriate human capital requirements and assist in all talent acquisition processes.
    Provide subject matter expertise in all staffing policies and processes and maintain knowledge of all equal employment opportunity regulations.

    Work Experience and Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Human Resources, or related degree from a four-year college or university; or one to four years of experience and/or training in recruiting/ sourcing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
