    Our company is growing and looking to add a Financial Operations Manager.

    The Financial Operations Manager is a key leadership support role responsible for managing and presenting financial data to facilitate management activities within the organization.

    They play a crucial role in driving financial strategy, assisting with operational efficiency, and supporting overall business objectives.

    The Financial Operations Manager facilitates a team to effectively manage financial resources, optimize financial processes, and contribute to the organization's success.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with monthly workinprogress reporting
    • Ensure compliance with organizational accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in relation to the financial activities of
    the organization

    • Monitor operational performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
    • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations.
    • Lead and mentor administrative support personnel, providing guidance and support.
    • Foster a collaborative and highperforming work environment to achieve organizational goals.
    • Assist in establishing performance objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing feedback.
    • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and capabilities.
    • Participate in strategic planning initiatives and provide financial insights to support decisionmaking.

    A success candidate for Financial Operations Manager will have the following:

    Education:


    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; will accept a combination of education and experience.
    Experience:

    Proven experience in financial management and operations management, with a track record of success in a supervisory role. Experience in a construction environment preferred.


    Required Skills:

    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis techniques.
    • Experience in financial management, process improvement, and project management.
    • Proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, financial modeling tools).
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
    • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
