Qualifications

  • Become the go-to expert on your category including seller/buyer dynamics community channels influencers and product nuances
  • Partner with top sellers and strategic partners to build big businesses on Whatnot Build and execute seller growth plans to unlock category growth Spearhead diverse marketing initiatives such as influencer partnerships to boost brand awareness and attract more buyers Use basic data analytics skills (SQL) to derive insights from projects enhance process efficiency Utilize key data points to assess category growth success areas for improvement driving continuous iteration You have up to 3 years of experience working in a fast-paced client-facing role a track record of working quickly iteratively Scrappy flexible enough to work in an ambiguous environment with limited guidance Problem solver strong project management skills able fully own strategy execution emerging marketplace Business acumen deeply analytical comfortable understanding manipulating data gain take action business insights Have passion mission at Whatnot live breathe needs communities improve experiences on Whatnot Background finance operations or sales preferred but not required Knowledge about E-commerce platforms is highly desirable Experience with CRM systems ability lead teams handle high volume communications highly valued Expertise using SQL Google Sheets Excel highly valuable Strong problem-solving skills teamwork communication collaboration customer service technical writing knowledge also desired
