- Operate Xactimate and interpret documentation to write accurate invoices and estimates in an efficient manner
- Ensure complete compilation of all documentation necessary on loss (photos, invoices, checklists, reports, etc.)
- Organize invoice and estimate documentation
- Maintain an adequate knowledge of the mitigation and rebuild processes
- Implement and adapt to exclusive partnership invoicing terms and conditions
- This is an in-office position, primarily because we want you to be actively involved and engaged in the Entrusted culture that makes us unique
