Job summary
The Outdoor Experiences Coordinator supports the successful delivery of council-led outdoor programs by supporting logistics, preparing equipment, and assisting/leading on-site programming.This role provides essential administrative and operational support, helping ensure activities are well-staffed, organized, and executed safely. Working under the direction of the Outdoor Experiences Manager,
the Coordinator prepares materials,
assists with the scheduling,
guidance,
and training of seasonal outdoor staff
,
and serves as a key point of contact during program events.
- Schedule communications for outdoor programs across council and partner sites.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all day-to-day issues related to camp operations.
- Maintain accurate records for employee time-off requests.
