Job Description Job Description Position:

Training LeadDuration: 36 MonthsLocation: Sacramento, California (Onsite from Day 1)Facilitates and leads all training and knowledge transfer planning, training material development and delivery.

Develops and maintains the master training plan, the overall training approach, and resource planning.
Defines the methodology for both end user and technical training.
Creates and manages training schedules for each permit type.
Creates and maintains training guides, FAQs, and training satisfaction surveys.
Prepares training delivery evaluation summary reports based on feedback.
Develops and maintains system user guides for internal and external users in a digital format.
Prepares for the deployment of the training materials to the entire organization.


Staff Mandatory Qualifications:

The Training Lead shall have at least five (5) years of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of developing and leading training program(s) for system implementations.

The Training Lead shall have at least five (5) years of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of designing and creating user guides as well as training materials, curriculum, and FAQs needed for a project with a large group of users greater than 1,000.

Staff Desirable Qualifications:

The Training Lead has at least two (2) additional years of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of developing and leading training program(s) for system implementation.

The Training Lead has at least two (2) years of FTE experience within the last ten (10) years of guiding end-users and maintaining FAQs for end-users.
