This is a senior-level role that oversees the delivery of data and analytics solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, timeliness, and profitability of the projects and will play a key role in business development, client relationship management, and thought leadership. You will also be involved in shaping the vision and strategy of our data and analytics practice, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and values.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions that meet the client's business objectives and requirements.
• Manage the delivery of data and analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing solutions that meet or exceed them.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating proposals, bids, and contracts for data and analytics services.
• Contribute to the growth and innovation of our data and analytics practice, developing new offerings, capabilities, and methodologies.
• Lead and mentor a team of data and analytics consultants, as applicable, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in data and analytics and share best practices and insights with the team and the company.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record of delivering successful data and analytics projects, from inception to completion, in various verticals.
• Strong knowledge and skills in data and analytics tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Experience working with artificial intelligence (AI) models.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide value-added solutions.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and collaborate with others.
• Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
