is looking for an

IT Program Manager

. This role is

Remote.

The Main Responsibilities of a person are:
Execute the strategy for e-discovery solutions across Legal and IT
Manage program, timelines, milestones and status updates to stakeholders

Work with stakeholders to develop the current and future business requirements and process needs around EDRM (electronic delivery reference model).

Assess e-Discovery needs and collaborate with IT Engineering to advise on technology products to meet needs of the internal customers
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Identifying potential issues and managing escalations related to e-discovery
Create and maintain documentation related to e-discovery programs

Skills:
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a program manager in a technology team
Experience with managing technical programs in SaaS environment
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
Experience with Google Vault
Nice to Have
Hands on experience with e-discovery tooling (such as Nuix, Relativity, Google Vault, Logickull, Onna, Disco Hold)
Experience in regulated industries and understanding of relevant compliance standards
