Requirements:

• MI license
• BC/BE (If BE: must become BC within a year)
• BLS
• DEA & CSR/CDS
• Clean record
• Health screen
• ERCP certification
• Fellowship in GI
• Full COVID vaccination/exemption
• Current Flu vaccination
• 5-8 yrs of GI work experience
• PMP certification (preferred)
• ITIL or other industry certification (preferred)
