*PLEASE BE SURE TO ANSEWR ALL SCREENING QUESTIONS*Security Guard company seeks a detail-oriented Security Retail Manager with good Excel skills to help run security operations in our four high-end clothing stores. Duties includes but is not limited to staffing, payroll, scheduling, policy creation and implementation, and sundry HR responsibilities. Constant recruiting and building a flex team for call-offs is essential for a successful, satisfactorily-staffed operation. A large number of daily calls are expected to manage, along with another Retail Lead, two stores in West Hollywood and two additional stores in Malibu. Depending on Company needs, there may be other non-retail Client locations requiring assistance and a willingness to work anywhere is sought. Also, seeking at least three years retail experience in security, loss prevention or related field. Strong written and oral communication skills required. Good customer-service and conflict resolution skills are also critical. Since our payroll and scheduling is done through Excel, Security Retail Manager must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and ideally be tech-savvy.
