    About Our Team


    The Decision Support team develops, supports and consolidates month-end close activities, prepares, and analyzes schedules & reports and understands their impact on the overall financials.

    Our team collaborates with our finance colleagues as well as our decision support partners to ensure accurate and efficient forecasting along with providing them timely and accurate reporting.

    The accuracy of our work is dependent on a wide range of parties at various levels of management to include executive leadership within LNRS.

    About The Role

    This role is focused on the Business Services business unit within LexisNexis Risk Solutions. This individual will support the business through reporting, forecasting, analysis, and communication to management.

    This role will help coordinate, and give guidance on consolidated reporting for month-end, support in the management of forecast timelines and schedules, and provide ad-hoc analysis.

    This position requires exceptional communication and curiosity, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in an ever-changing environment.


    The person for this role should be local to Alpharetta, GA as the role will be hybrid from that location.

    Responsibilities

    Coordinating all scheduled reports for Business Services business unit.

    This includes weekly/ monthly new business sales pipeline and closes report(s), monthly revenue reports and packages, which are viewed by Executive Leadership, quarterly notes and Town-Hall decks, issued by CEO and weekly revenue projections.

    Preparing P&L metrics, including providing key insights into trends
    Providing governance of internal financial systems, specific to the business unit
    Providing ad-hoc analysis
    Other duties as assigned by Finance team members

    Requirements

    Have a Bachelors level education (Finance, Accounting or Other related field)
    Have 1+ years direct experience in a finance, accounting or other related field
    Have technical proficiencies is ideal not required: MS Office - Excel, Hyperion, Oracle, other financial and analytical systems
    Have excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building capabilities with the ability to quickly form working relationships.
    Have the ability to work well under pressure and looking for new challenges
    Have exceptional organizational skills and detailed oriented
    Have clear communication of issues and analysis
