    $300 Sign-on Bonus

    At Frickers, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our kitchen team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests enjoy mouth-watering dishes in our lively and fast-paced environment. From saucing wings to grilling ribs, your role is essential in delivering quality food that keeps our customers coming back for more.

    Responsibilities:

    • Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
    • Following recipes and cooking procedures to maintain quality
    • Keeping the restaurant clean and safe
    • Collaborating with team members, managers, and front of house staff
    • Remaining positive in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful setting

    *The $300 signing bonus is divided into 3 payments of $100 each, with installments after 30, 60, and 90 days of employment. To qualify, new team members must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week and be actively employed. The bonus will be included in the regular paycheck following the completion of the 30/60/90 day milestones.
