Infosys is seeking an
Automation Test Lead with experience in Python,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems.

You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
4 years of Information Technology experience
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Boston,MA or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada
4 years of hands on experience in test automation tools Robot Framework using Python / Frameworks, functional, automation(python)
Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle
Hands on experience in Python Programming, SQL and UI test automation.
Experience in designing and building test automation framework
4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and liaison with business teams to support UAT testing
Good knowledge of Financial Services domain and business functional processes

Preferred Qualifications

4 years of experience on Automation Testing (SIT and UAT), test execution analysis & reporting
4 years of experience in using any programming language like Python
Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
Experience in understanding the product, analyzing user stories, performing data analysis,developing test scenario
4 years of experience in leading testing team taking complete ownership of deliverables
Experience in Test Deliveries in an onsite offshore model
Experience in creating Automation Test Strategy and Test Plan
Excellent coordination and communication skills
Thorough understanding of test automation, UI/Backend test automation concepts
Good Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Abilities in Test Strategizing, planning and co-ordination.
Ability to contribute towards in depth technical content required on test automation proposals
Translate user requirements and application features into testing requirements
Ability to work in team environment and client interfacing skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
