    We're growing and looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager/Marketing Strategist with a self-starter attitude and the ability to manage and coordinate projects for an existing customer base.

    You'll be part of a team responsible for supporting multiple products and services for both corporate and dealer client projects.

    As an Account Manager/Marketing Strategist, you'll be a project leader responsible for strategic plan development and overseeing the implementation and execution of omni-channel campaigns.

    You'll also build and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, develop proposals, and manage client billing.
    Our ideal candidate is a team player, excellent at multitasking, and passionate about providing solutions. They also have a desire to learn quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, channel marketing environment. Attention to detail and working within deadlines and budgets are essential. Serious candidates with a minimum of 2 years of marketing and/or project management experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in equipment or distribution industries is a plus.

    Important Technical Requirements:

    • Effectively communicate with clients and present project proposals and results.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate, direct, and manage effectively.
    • Strong written communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and write clear project proposals for clients and creative briefs for team members.
    • Accurately manage, communicate, and collect billing information from clients and vendors.
    • Experience using data and reporting for decision making.
    • Assist with sales support as needed.

    General Requirements:

    • 2 years marketing/project management experience.
    • Sense of ownership, teamwork, and dedication to providing great work to our clients.
    • Ability and desire to build and maintain relationships with the internal team, clients, and vendors.
    • Effective in meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects with a high attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize accordingly, work within budgets, and pivot quickly.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficient online/computer skills.
    • Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Use and continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
    • Comfortable working in a small team environment with constant growth and change.
    • Keep up to date with market trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.
    • Knowledge and understanding of print, video, web, social media, and digital marketing.
    • Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
