    Job DescriptionOverviewThe Senior Fullstack Engineer plays a crucial role in our organization and is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless integration and functionality of both frontend and backend systems, contributing significantly to our overall product development and user experience.Key Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
    • Build efficient and reusable frontend and backend systems
    • Identify and address performance bottlenecks
    • Implement and maintain integrations with third-party systems
    • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and best practices
    • Explore and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
    • Troubleshoot and debug issues as needed
    • Participate in architectural and design discussions
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement design mockups into functional web applications
    • Create and maintain documentation for code and design
    • Assist in project planning and estimation
    • Mentor and guide junior developers
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
    Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
    • Proven experience as a Fullstack Engineer or similar role
    • Expertise in JavaScript, React, , HTML, and CSS
    • Proficiency in using Git for version control
    • Strong understanding of databases and SQL
    • Experience with responsive and adaptive design
    • Knowledge of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms
    • Understanding of asynchronous request handling and partial page updates
    • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Mocha or Jest
    • Ability to work in an Agile development environment
    • Excellent problem-solving skills
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
    • Attention to detail and a passion for continuous learning
    • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
    • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
